How do retailers view prices and place orders?

Where can I find product dimensions?
Measurements are shown on the relevant product page where available. If a measurement is missing, email [email protected] with the product name or SKU and the dimension you need.
Can I buy smaller quantities?
Each product page shows the available pack quantity, and products must be ordered in the quantity increments displayed. Special offers and clearance products may have different pack requirements.
How do I qualify for a case-rate discount?
Where a case-rate discount is available, the required quantity and case price are displayed on the product page after you sign in. Increase the quantity to the stated case rate and the available product discount will be applied.
What is included in a product assortment?
Assorted products contain a selection of the designs or variations shown for that item. If you need the exact assortment before ordering, call 01332 340927 or email [email protected], quoting the SKU.
Dispatch, Delivery and Backorders
How quickly are available products dispatched?
Orders for available stock placed before 1pm can normally be dispatched with next-working-day turnaround. This is a dispatch target rather than a guaranteed delivery time. Order size, destination, stock availability and seasonal demand may affect dispatch and delivery.
How much do I need to spend to receive carriage-paid delivery?
For England and the Lowlands of Scotland, the carriage-paid order value is £250 net. Different thresholds apply to the Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands and some other destinations. See our delivery terms and conditions for the current regional values.
What carriage charge applies if my order is below £250?
If your order is below the £250 carriage-paid value, a £5 carriage charge is added to your first order of the year. No additional carriage charge is added to subsequent orders during the same year.
How can I request delivery for a particular date?
Select your preferred delivery date during checkout where this option is available. We will do our best to meet it, although the date remains dependent on stock availability, dispatch capacity and the carrier service.
How can I view my order, delivery information or outstanding backorders?
Sign in to My Account and open your order history. This shows the order information and available estimated stock arrival or delivery details. If an item remains on backorder, it will be supplied when stock becomes available. To cancel an outstanding balance, email [email protected] with your account and order numbers.
What is the minimum value for a backorder dispatch?
For England and the Lowlands of Scotland, the minimum backorder dispatch value is £100. Different minimum values apply to some destinations; see our delivery terms and conditions for the current regional requirements.
