There is no minimum order value, although a minimum dispatch value of £100 applies.
Modern and dependable fulfilment
Our Derby warehouse combines an experienced team with barcode scanning and automation technology.
Barcode scanners support accurate stock management and order picking, while automated processes provide greater visibility of incoming products, availability and customer orders.
A gravity-fed roller conveyor helps incoming cartons move through our goods-in operation efficiently while reducing unnecessary lifting and manual handling.
Practical sustainability
Suitable cardboard boxes are reused wherever practical when packing customer orders.
Waste cardboard is shredded on-site and used as protective packaging, reducing the need for additional plastic-based packing materials. Remaining cardboard is baled and sent to recycling mills, where it can be processed and used to manufacture new boxes.
Our warehouse also uses LED lighting and increasingly paperless systems to reduce unnecessary energy and resource consumption.
