Our minimum carriage paid order is £250 net.
Goods are dispatched on a 24hr or 72hr delivery service depending on the area and number of cartons.
Non delivery of the goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of the date of our invoice. In the case of a short delivery the number of cartons received must be advised.
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible delays may occur at busy times. It is not always possible to guarantee stock of all items at once. Some items may be new and yet to arrive from the far east or alternativley may be temporarily out of stock. We work on a back order system and will continue to deliver goods until your order is completed. Should you no longer wish to receive balances we request that your cancellation is made in writing. Our minimum dispatch value is £100. Balances falling below this value will only be dispatched if added to and reaching a total value of £100 ( £250 for areas outside england & lowland scotland).

Full payment must be made in advance. All export orders are delivered free to a named UK shipper, alternatively we can arrange shipment and charge carriage at cost.
