Our pack sizes are shown against each item. By pressing the ( - ) key you will be able to reduce these quantities to half packs, which is the minimum quantity. Pressing the ( + ) key takes you immediately to our case rate which will entitle you to a 15% discount against that product.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible delays may occur at busy times. It is not always possible to guarantee stock of all items at once. Some items may be new and yet to arrive from the Far East or alternatively may be temporarily out of stock. We work on a back order system and will continue to deliver goods until your order is completed. Should you no longer wish to receive balances we request that your cancellation is made in writing.

EXPORT

Full payment must be made in advance. All export orders are delivered free to a named UK shipper, alternatively we can arrange shipment and charge carriage at cost.

PAYMENT

Invoices are payable in £ sterling either by cheque, credit card or direct credit. Customers with credit accounts are required to settle their invoices within 30 days.

DISPATCH

Your order will be dispatched by Carrier, on either a 24hr or 72hr service depending on the number of cartons being sent.

FAULTY GOODS

Any faulty goods must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt and non-arrival of goods within 4 days of the invoice date.
